Google OAuth

Twilio

RetellAI

We partner with RetellAI to process, record, and transcribe calls. This helps us provide and improve our services. Please review RetellAI's Terms of Service to understand how your call data is handled.

Stripe

Vercel

Contabo

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features of our service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. JokeDial is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Consent and Privacy Policy

You are only permitted to call individuals who have given their consent according to our Privacy Policy. This consent includes the right to process and record the call. Unauthorized use of our service for calls without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

5. Payments

JokeDial offers one-time payments through Stripe, which grant users credits for accessing premium features and content. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Users are solely responsible for any charges incurred through the use of JokeDial, including but not limited to, fees associated with purchasing credits. JokeDial reserves the right to modify pricing and credit allocation at any time, with notice provided to users. Users consent to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy when making payments through the platform. Any disputes regarding payments or credits should be addressed promptly to JokeDial's customer support team for resolution.

6. Credits

In JokeDial, our credit system operates as follows: Upon initiating a call, 10 seconds of your credits will be deducted. Users have the option to set a maximum call duration, which, combined with the initial 10 seconds, determines the maximum charge for the call. This ensures transparency and control over credit usage for our users.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services such as Google OAuth, Twilio, RetellAI, Vercel, and Contabo. You agree to comply with their respective terms and policies when using JokeDial.

8. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse our services. Specifically, you agree not to:

Make unauthorized calls without explicit consent.
Engage in any activity that could harm JokeDial or its users.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on JokeDial, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JokeDial or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

JokeDial may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

JokeDial reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
